$3.95

Cumin is a commonly used spice in Mexican, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. It is a key ingredient in many rice dishes, stews, soups, breads, pickles, barbecue sauces, and chili con carne recipes.  When in bloom, cumin produces an umbel of mini white flowers, similar to dill.  Matured seeds can be collected and ground into cumin powder.  The flowers of the cumin plant are a great food source for beneficial insects; it can be grown for this sole purpose. Packet contains 100 seeds.
