Cilantro/Coriander • 100 seeds
Often mistaken as two different herbs, cilantro and coriander are the same herb!  The leaves are called cilantro and the seeds are referred to as coriander.   The leaves can be used in many dishes as a garnish, in stir fries, smoothies, etc The seeds can be ground up to make a powder, that is often used in Spanish, Mexican & Indian recipes. 

Okra • 30 seeds
This heirloom okra has been a favorite of gardeners for over 80 years, Strong 4' plants produce spineless dark-green pods. Okra adds body and flavor to soups, stews, gumbo and relishes.  Thrives in hot weather.  To speed up germination, soak seed in warm water overnight. 

Beefsteak Tomato • 40 - 50 seeds
These large tomatoes are a long-time favourite of gardeners! Large in size, low acid and sweet flavour. Plants are nice and bushy, which protects the fruit from sunburn.  

Italian Eggplant • 50 - 60 seeds
Italian Pink Bicolor produces large cream & rose fruit, measuring 8"/20 cm long. 

Fenugreek/Methi • 100 seeds
Fenugreek is widely used in Mediterranean, Middle-Eastern, and South Asian cuisines. The leaves can be used as a herb and the seeds are often used as a spice.  Also commonly used for sprouts or micro-greens.   Commonly known as 'methi' in South Asia.

Cayenne • 30 - 40 seeds
A beautiful, bright red colour, and medium heat intensity.  Peppers grow to 14 cm long. Measures 4000 sc.

Onion • 40-50 seeds
Produces a nice size in dry or wet conditions, and is very uniform with small necks. Has attractive medium bronze skin. Bulbs are globe shaped, huge, mild, Spanish with the same color, size and unique sweet flavor. 

Cumin • 100 seeds
Cumin is a commonly used spice in Mexican, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. It is a key ingredient in many rice dishes, stews, soups, breads, pickles, barbecue sauces, and chili con carne recipes.  Matured seeds can be collected and ground into cumin powder.
